LRI's RightChain™ consulting programs include performance and practice assessments, metrics design and development, strategy development, RFP development and vendor selection, and professional education for the supply chain as a whole as well as its elements including customer service, inventory management, supply, transportation, and warehousing.

Each of our consulting programs have four main objectives:
1. Meet all financial objectives.
2. Complete all deliverables on budget and on schedule.
3. Maximize the rate of adoption and sustainability of each project initiative.
4. Help our clients become self-sufficient.

To meet these objectives, we often incorporate one or more of our RightChain™ education modules in an engagement and tailor and leave behind the modules of LRI's RightChain™ executive decision support suite that have been utilized over the course of a project. Through this approach we have helped to create some of the world's most successful supply chain organizations. In many cases, those tools have become the centerpiece of the supply chain software. LRI coaches project teams through each engagement to make sure that as much knowledge and tools transfer is accomplished as possible.  At the completion of each project, the client has a financial success story, a toolkit to continue the work of supply chain strategy development, and an organization educated in the principals and practices of supply chain logistics.
